Work to Residence Visa

This visa allows skilled professionals working for an accredited employer in a Tier 2 Green List in-demand role to apply for residence after 24 months of work in New Zealand.

Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa

If you have a job offer from an accredited employer and can score 6 points based on your skills, qualifications, and work experience, you can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). If selected, you will be invited to apply for residence.

Straight to Residence Visa

If you work, or have a job offer from an accredited employer, and your role is on Tier 1 of the Green List in-demand occupations, you may qualify for residence immediately, without needing to work in New Zealand first.

Long Term Skill Shortage List Resident Visa

If you hold a Long Term Skill Shortage List Work Visa and have worked in New Zealand for more than 2 years, you may be eligible to apply for this resident visa, which provides a pathway to permanent residency.

Permanent Resident Visa

If you have held a resident visa for more than 2 years, you can apply for a Permanent Resident Visa, which allows you to live, work, and travel freely in and out of New Zealand without restrictions.
